We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the product organization, you will bridge the gap between engineering, design, and business teams to drive the development of our products. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our product vision and contribute to the growth of a company where your work has a tangible impact. 

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap 
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Define and prioritize product features aligned with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to create and maintain a well-organized product backlog. 
Technical Collaboration
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
  • Evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure the feasibility of product features. 
  • Participate in sprint planning and manage development milestones. 
  • Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features and experiences.
User-Centric Design 
  • Work closely with design teams to create intuitive user experiences. 
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate on product features and roadmap.
  • Advocate for user-centric designs and ensure a seamless product experience.
Cross-functional Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact between technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Regularly present updates on product progress to leadership and other teams. 
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Define and track success metrics to measure product performance and iterate accordingly.
  • Analyze product performance metrics to guide feature prioritization and feature roadmap. 
  • Use data insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and to guide decision-making.

What You’ll Bring:
Experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical role. 
  • Background in software development, engineering, or similar technical field is highly desirable. 
Skills
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. 
  • Ability to write detailed product requirements and user stories in Gherkin format
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools like Tableau or Google Analytics. 
Mindset
  • Passionate about technology and solving complex problems. 
  • A startup mentality: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around common goals.
