As part of our ongoing evolution, we are looking to hire an Events Operations Specialist. This role will be a critical part of the RSA Conference Event Team with a focus on helping to plan and execute the Conference. 

In this role you will:  

  • Assist in the planning and execution of RSA Conference, and as needed with the RSA Conference International Executive Events and internal company offsites 

  • Assist in management of vendors and partners and contracting process 

  • Responsible for all special events hosted by RSA Conference from developing theme concepts, working with event management team on all planning aspects through execution onsite 

  • Responsible for planning and executing onsite team activities 

  • Manage and track all affiliate events 

  • Manage and maintain all RSA Conference team planning documents 

  • Track and manage team travel and VIP and partner housing needs. Work directly with housing teams to secure rooms 

  • Manage VIP opportunities onsite such as VIP keynote seating 

  • Assist Director of Operations and Marketing team on all signage including keynote housekeeping document process 

  • Assist Director of Operations and Marketing team on RSA Conference and corporate apparel 

  • Manage project plan, submission process and logistics for RSA Conference Awards Programs 

  • Attend site inspections with domestic and international travel as required 

  • Assist in development and management of Sustainability Program 

  • Responsible for information email alias review and responses 

  • Sponsor deliverable management for international executive programs and RSA Conference year-round programming 

  • Assist with other projects as needed 

  • Research and remain up to date on industry trends and best practices 

Your profile:   

  • Education requirement: College or University Degree, or equivalent work experience  

  • 3-5 years event planning experience  

  • Exceptional project management skill in combination with organization and attention to detail  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – with a sense of urgency  

  • Strong interpersonal skills   

  • You are based in either the state of New Hampshire or Massachusetts
