  • Maintain IT operating procedures, runbooks and knowledge-base documentation.

IT Security Partnership

  • The Senior IT Manager will focus on technical implementation and operational administration, including:  CAPS, identity/access management, device compliance, SaaS security configuration, incident response support, Defender/Purview, phishing remediation, and system audit support.

Leadership & Business Skills

  • The right candidate needs to be able to:

  • Translate technical problems into operational and business impact.

  • Push work toward standard processes rather than one-off solutions.

  • Establish clear boundaries between IT ownership and business-system ownership.

  • Prioritize effectively in a small IT organization with frequent ad hoc requests.

  • Document decisions and systems well enough that knowledge does not reside with one individual.

  • Work comfortably with both internal technical teams and external providers.

  • Be self-directed and manage some level of ambiguity.

  • Collaborative mindset that looks for opportunities and will be proactive in establishing strategies.

  • Customer service oriented who enjoys working with the end user to solve problems.

Application Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive corporate IT / systems administration experience.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
